From the 5th of June to the 28th September 2008 in one of the most picturesque archeological areas of Rome which will host this series of events ranging from shows to poetry and classical music.
The 20th Festival Musicale delle Nazioni, entitled "Roman Nights at the Marcello Theater", offers a program of more than one hundred concerts and theater shows which will see hugely famous Italian and international soloists taking to the stage: Hiroshi Takasu, Ede Ivan, Paolo Scanabissi, Vardo Rumessen, Yuko Kabeia and Olivier De Spiegeleir.
The program includes pieces by some of the greatest classical composers: Haydn, Rachmaninov, Brahms, Chopin, Beethoven, Schumann, Debussy, Mozart, Bach, Schubert, Liszt and Bartòk and will end with great classics of the modern era, such as the Astor Piazzolla tango and great jazz by Michel Petrucciani. The program will also include nights dedicated to poetry and literature, off the contemporary music program and a bold mix of classic and pop music.
